Depending on the size and noise level of the components to be welded, noise emissions can be lowered by either a sound protection hood or an entire sound insulating cabinet.
While engineered for our standard machines of the MTV-SUS series with 20 kHz and 35 kHz, these designs can also be adapted to other machines. The sound insulating cabinet is fitted with a pneumatically operated lift gate including integrated free-wheel crash feature. It is also equipped with a large service door, lighting and appropriate sound insulation.
